Dislocate wrist can that happen.. did i ?????????????? please xx?

hello a couple months ago i feel of the sofa then when i was pulling my self up i heard a crack and felt pain in my wrist i did not really take it on until the pain stayed i looked at just where wrist bends there wasa lump sticking out it was really hard and my thumb and pointer hurt.. before this my wrist did tend to get sore evrey now and then but didin take much notice... anyway my boyrind was there at the time and put the lump/bone back in place.. about 15 mins ago i was sitting up and i heard a CRACK imy wrist was realy sore i looked and tha lump was there again i pushed it back in and heard another crack it was quiet painfull.. any one no what this could be its stil sore atm but its ok thank you in advanced xxx
