I live in Chris Benoit's house in Atlanta Georga? My wife says she hears creepy noises at night. What to do?

ok! My wife and four children have lived in the house that Chris Benoit and his family lived in a little over a year ago. We know about the sad story. Haha! I'm in the room that the incident with his wife happened in right now. It's just a house though. No big deal. Anyways, my wife says she hears creepy noises at night. What to do? I haven't heard any noises? Ok, I have heard one sound coming from the basement that sounded like someone's voice but it all goes away when I go down there and turn on the lights. Well, then there's the part where they turn back off again by themselves before a big wind starts blowing out from a hole that I have never entered into but other than that my wife is going crazy.
