What's the closest photo taken of the asteroid belt?

That's sort of a trick question. Pictures have been taken of individual asteroids that are part of the belt, but the asteroid belt is very spacious. It's not a big dangerous area of flying rocks like in The Empire Strikes Back or a coherent object like Saturn's rings.
