Is it just me or is Christianity already pretty ?

I mean you do most of your work begging for forgiveness on your knees. You are putting parts of Jesus' body in your mouth for communion. Little altar boys light huge candles (obvious phallic symbols). There are burning bushes and God seems to only be using the masculine term when talking about "man". Your ultimate goal is to get through God's pearly gates. Is the highway to heaven really just the hershey highway to heaven?
