Anguish at skin tags and red skin rashes. Why?

My friend is fifty. he noticed skin tags in armpits and genital region. Skin has become sensitive to sun with eruptions. He has a busy schedule and skips sleep many nights. The doctor says to avoid sunlight. How to help him?
