For fantasy Baseball, Max Scherzer vs KC or Randy Wolf vs COL and STL, and will STL shell wolf?

If you don't have IP limits, then why wouldn't you start the 2 start pitcher? More chances for wins, K's... Wolf is in the STL division. If you aren't going to start him against the Cards, then why did you draft him?
