Good snowboard for beginners?

Hi! im a 19 year old 5'7" girl who weighs 150. I have rented a 145cm Burton Cruzer and really enjoyed the ride. Im looking to buy a snowboard because i cant afford to rent one every time. Im still very new to snowboarding and am looking to buy a good quality board, somewhere between 200-400 dollars. I need good advice from people who know what they are talking about. I hear the cruzer is good for beginners but once you really pick it up the board sucks. I already am a longboarder and have gone down a few runs down the slopes so i dont think that it will be long before i can make it down no problem. im not looking to do anything crazy i truly just enjoy the ride down. I want a board that will be good for learning but also good once i master it. What's a good board to learn on and grow with? also if you dont mind my asking what bindings and boots do you suggest? thanks so much!!
