Ok, that was confusing. First you said he said he is single, then you bring up his girlfriend. I'm not sure if u meant gf in the general sense or referred to his actual girlfriend. Anyway, I think the guy obviously is interested in you, but distance will be a conflict. I wouldn't just up and consider moving to another country with a guy until I've atleast actually started dating him.
