Is there anyone that does NOT doubt Tex going to the Angels?

Is there anyone out there that full heartedly believes he will be an Angel? Lyle Spencer and Bill Ladson both believe geography and his family's wants are most important. If that's true, that rules out the Angels in both cases. It has been well known that Teixeira liked playing for the Angels, but his wife wants him to be closer to home. I have no confidence he will choose the Angels, but I'm sure there is someone out there that is 100% confident.
