My baby won't stop crying? Help!?

I'm home alone with my 2 week old right now. Lately he's been a little congested due to the changing weather. But right now, he's crying his poor little eyes out and I don't know why. I try to feed him and he will suck on the bottle and then start crying all over again. I have burped him and changed his diaper and sat rocking him in my arms. What else can I try? I'm at a loss here.
