Why are there no white people named Jesus?

I am completely serious about this. I know that Jesus is a popular name in Latin America, presumably due to the high Catholic population. The U.S. has a high Catholic population too, but no Anglo-Saxon Jesuses (sp?) walking around. I've met plenty of Mary's...what gives? Is it considered blasphemous? Is there an edict prohibiting this?
