Do people often deserve to die?

Ya know, like these dumb Afghani people who were too dumb to develop the best weapons in the world, and instead spent their time farming and trying to repel repeated invasions by foreigners. Do they deserve to die for not having been behind the Manhattan project (and Hiroshima), or for not having slaughtered Iraqis, Vietnamese, and others throughout history? Or do they deserve to die because they they don't bow to the same Jeeeezuzz like I do? Ya know, tha Jeeezuz who loves you and me and all the little children and Big Macs and Coke and especially napalm and warships...
