How do you beat the second to last level on call of duty 4?

i am playing cod4 on veteran, and i am on the second to last level on the part where the countdown starts as soon as you walk down those stairs. i could easily beat it if there was no time but i cant. any websites with help beating it? or maybe you can help. add me on xbox live gamertag: mbiel Thanks!
